台電新營處籲勿觸掉落電線 @ 張人盈

尼伯特颱風逼近，台電新營區營業處提醒民眾做好防颱準備，防範地下室淹水，固定招牌看板、取下懸掛物及樹枝，避免遭強風吹落斷電或停電。如遇電線掉落與外露，可撥打廿四小時客服專線電話一九一一通知，切勿靠近或碰觸避免觸電。

台電新營區營業處表示，地下室淹水停電搶修費時，大樓或低窪地區可預先在地下室入口設置閘門或儲存沙包；如地下配電室淹水、道路中斷或樹木傾倒導致電力設備受損，可立即聯繫市府或相關機關，縮短搶修復電時間。如房屋漏水嚴重，應關閉電源總開關防止漏電，備用緊急發電機用戶應提前測試運轉。

台電已建置配電自動化系統，停電時能即時獲知各主要配電線路是否故障，颱風期間如有停電，會立即安排人員前往修復，但若附近鄰居有有電，唯自家或少數幾戶停電，可利用台電網站或手機APP電力報馬仔通報及查詢停電資訊，提升搶救效率。
